On November 9th 2002 we created history, as Travel World broadcasted live on WNTY AM 990 and around the world through the Internet onboard Via Rail Canada's train number one - The Canadian.

This is the first time anyone has broadcasted live from a moving train via cell phone using a COMREX Blue Box codec.

While there were some interruptions, we were able to do something innovative and be a pioneer in the radio industry.

This special report will feature pictures and videos, and play the historic show in its entirety. Plus, first hand accounts by the people involved in the trip across Canada.
